		<description>The jury is out regarding medium-term effects of dark chocolate/cocoa on mood and effect neurotransmitters/regulators - recvering from PTSD howeveri have experienced at least short-term cognitive improvements from ingesting 50gm dark chocolate daily - some theories suggest an effect on serotonin, dopamine, GABA, and others suggest even (quite plausible) improvement in brain circulation facilitating  the above - definitely the emphatic &#039;it is not an antidepressant&#039; has not been firmly established</description>

Moreover, excellent news: a decrease of systolic blood pressure, after 6 grams of dark chocolate (only 30 kcal!!) of 2.9%. What may give ‘us’ a significantly decreased chance of a variety somatic probmens (CVA, coronary vascular diseases etc)… (Journal o.t. American Medical Association, 2007;298:49-60).</description>
