		<description>I was looking at this paper earlier today and would add that another important contribution (Dr. Shock--I *know* you could have predicted that after work and before bed is when most people send emails even before reading this paper!) of this paper is in the more general finding that power laws of this form with heavy-tailed distributions in other social science scenarios where one would expect a poisson distribution may indicate the influence of cyclic human behavior (most importantly from this study, the sleep-wake cycle).</description>
