World’s Most Complicated Cork Screw

This is the world’s most complicated corkscrew. It not only opens a bottle, but pours it into your glass as well. The machine was allegedly made out of 300+ found parts and is going into limited production of 100 units. Which makes me wonder just how “found” the parts really were.

  1. Hi Dr. Shock,
I think I own a corkscrew almost as complicated as this…ha, ha. I am interested in “found objects” as art. There are so many possibilities. From what I understand to be considered “found” the objects do not have to literally be found…found art is about using everday things to create something that provides meaning, or another purpose, or an interest or beauty beyond its original purpose. Wikipedia has a good write up about found art @ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Found_art
    Take care,
