Reading your article I wanted too add that I am a primary care counselor and totally agree with your statement;

“…that’s why I am a supporter of good primary care, makes health care a lot more efficacious and cheaper” – 

And may I also add “more accessible”.

Thank you for your supportive words. All too often these days we hear negative opinions in respect of NHS and other satellite services, the world seems to be turning ad-hedonistic.
